A little-known place that certainly surprises in our arid region of Murcia.

It is a natural upwelling bubbling warm water rising from the bottom, lifting stones in a effervescent manner. Crystal clear water that discharges directly into the river Segura, who, after leaving the impressive canyon of Almadenes passes right by this spring where you can take the most relaxing bath in the entire region.

The surrondings, well worth a leisurely visit, for a walking trail acrossthe  Almadenes Canyon until La Mulata dam in an environment of enormous contrasts. These territories were inhabited since ancient times as evidenced by cave paintings and archaeological remains of the cave of the “Monigotes” and the cave of “La Serreta”.
